Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Software Development Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain the enterprise Identity Governance and Administration platform supporting CVS Health's Healthcare Delivery division.

The role collaborates with Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Operations, and Security teams to deliver secure, auditable IAM solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, with RBAC, provisioning workflows, and reports.

Qualifications

3+ years SailPoint engineering experience building enterprise-grade applications.
2+ years hands-on SailPoint experience (IdentityNow/ISC).
Configure and troubleshoot SailPoint connectors, rules, transforms, and workflows from day one.
Experience with provisioning architectures spanning HRIS, directory services, and identity providers.
Understanding of scalable design, data modeling, and RBAC for IAM.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain the enterprise IAM platform.
Collaborate with Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Operations, and Security teams.
Deliver reliable, secure, auditable identity and access management solutions.
Implement provisioning workflows, lifecycle automation, and RBAC models.
