Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Software Development Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain the enterprise Identity Governance and Administration platform spanning Signify Health, Oak Street Health, and RubiconMD.

You will work with Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Operations, and Security to deliver secure identity and access management solutions built on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, including provisioning workflows, RBAC, access certification, and compliance reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building enterprise SailPoint applications and services.
• 2+ years SailPoint IdentityNow/Identity Security Cloud experience.
• Independently configure SailPoint connectors, rules, transforms, and workflows.
• Experience with HRIS, directory services, and IDP provisioning (Workday, AD, Okta).
• Understanding of scalable design, RBAC models, and data modeling for IAM.
• Experience with Joiner/Mover/Leaver and lifecycle workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, cross-team collaboration, and Agile work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain the enterprise IGA platform.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Ops, and Security.
• Implement provisioning workflows, RBAC, and compliance reporting.
• Ensure security, auditable identity solutions and adherence to standards.
