Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Software Development Engineer to design, develop, and maintain the enterprise Identity Governance and Administration platform that supports CVS Health's Healthcare Delivery division, spanning Signify Health, Oak Street Health, and RubiconMD.
You will work closely with Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Operations, and Security to deliver reliable, secure IAM services built on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, including provisioning workflows, lifecycle
Qualifications
- 3+ years SailPoint Engineering in enterprise-grade systems.
- 2+ years hands-on SailPoint IdentityNow/ISC experience.
- Ability to configure and troubleshoot SailPoint connectors, rules, transforms, and workflows from day one.
- Experience with HRIS provisioning, directory services, and identity providers (Workday, AD, Okta).
- Understanding of RBAC, lifecycle workflows, and SoD controls.

- Design, develop, test, and maintain the enterprise IAM platform.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Operations, and Security.
- Deliver provisioning workflows, RBAC models, and access certifications.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise standards and best practices.
