Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Software Development Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain the enterprise Identity Governance and Administration platform serving CVS Health's Healthcare Delivery division (Signify Health, Oak Street Health, RubiconMD). You will partner with Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Operations and Security to deliver secure IAM solutions.

The role focuses on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, provisioning workflows, RBAC, access certification, and compliance

Qualifications

3+ years of SailPoint Engineering for enterprise-grade apps.
2+ years hands-on SailPoint experience (IdentityNow/ISC).
Ability to configure and troubleshoot SailPoint connectors, rules, transforms, workflows.
Experience with HRIS, directory services, and identity providers (Workday, AD, Okta).
Understanding of RBAC, lifecycle workflows, and data modeling for IAM.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills; able to diagnose across identity systems.
Able to work effectively in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication across technical, compliance, and business teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain the enterprise IGA platform.
Collaborate with Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Ops, and Security teams.
Deliver reliable, secure, auditable identity and access management solutions.
Contribute to provisioning workflows, lifecycle automation, RBAC models, and reporting.
Adhere to enterprise standards and best practices.
