Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Software Development Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain the enterprise Identity Governance and Administration platform that supports CVS Health's Healthcare Delivery division.

You will work with Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Operations and Security teams to deliver secure IAM solutions, focusing on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, RBAC, and lifecycle workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years SailPoint engineering experience building enterprise-grade applications and services.
• 2+ years hands-on SailPoint experience (IdentityNow/Identity Security Cloud).
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot SailPoint connectors, rules, transforms, and workflows from day one.
• Experience with identity provisioning architectures spanning HRIS, directories, and identity providers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain the enterprise IAM platform for CVS Health's IGA.
• Partner with Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Operations and Security teams.
• Contribute to provisioning workflows, lifecycle automations, RBAC, access certification and reporting.
