Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Software Development Engineer to design, develop and maintain the enterprise Identity Governance and Administration platform, spanning Signify Health, Oak Street Health and RubiconMD.

You will work with Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Operations and Security teams to deliver secure, auditable IAM solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, IdentityNow, and related tooling in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years SailPoint Engineering experience
• 2+ years SailPoint IdentityNow/Identity Security Cloud
• Configure and troubleshoot SailPoint connectors, rules, transforms, workflows
• Identity provisioning across HRIS, directory services, identity providers
• Understanding of software design patterns and scalable system design
• Experience with Joiner/Mover/Leaver/Lifecycle RBAC
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain the IGA platform
• Collaborate with Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Operations and Security teams
• Deliver reliable, secure, auditable IAM solutions
• Implement provisioning workflows, RBAC, access certification, and compliance reporting
