Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Software Development Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain the enterprise Identity Governance and Administration platform supporting CVS Health's HCD division, including Signify Health, Oak Street Health, and RubiconMD.

The role partners with Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Operations, and Security teams to deliver secure, auditable IAM solutions built on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, including provisioning workflows, RBAC, and compliance

Qualifications

3+ years SailPoint Engineering experience building enterprise-grade apps/services.
2+ years SailPoint experience (IdentityNow/Identity Security Cloud).
Able to independently configure/troubleshoot SailPoint connectors, rules, transforms, workflows.
Hands-on identity provisioning across HRIS, directory services, and identity providers (e.g., Workday, AD, Okta).
Understanding of software design patterns, scalable system design, and data modeling for IAM.
Experience building Joiner/Mover/Leaver/Life cycle workflows and RBAC models.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills across connected identity systems.
Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication across technical, compliance, and business teams.
