Job summary

Net at Work is seeking a Sage X3 Team Manager – Optimization Team to lead a group of Sage X3 professionals, guiding engagements from intake through delivery and closure. This role blends people leadership, service delivery, client engagement, and commercial responsibility to drive measurable value for clients.

Working with Client Experience Managers and practice leadership, you will scope opportunities, manage capacity, ensure quality, and drive continuous improvement of Sage X3 services across

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading or managing consulting, professional services, ERP, or technology-focused teams.
• Strong knowledge of Sage X3 in complex environments.
• Experience supporting manufacturing and/or distribution organizations.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and priorities with SLAs.
• Experience with business process improvement and ERP optimization.
• Strong client-facing skills and relationship building.
• Engagement scoping, resource planning, and revenue awareness.
• Strong business judgment balancing client needs, capacity, and profitability.
• Translate business challenges into practical technology and process recommendations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving.
• Continuous improvement mindset with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sage X3 professionals while managing utilization, capacity, and time-off coverage.
• Establish expectations for quality, responsiveness, documentation, client communication, and ownership.
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching, feedback, and development discussions.
• Lead performance conversations and address opportunities in a timely manner.
• Monitor metrics: utilization, backlog, SLA, and client satisfaction.
• Partner with Sage X3 leadership to strengthen capabilities and delivery practices.
• Promote knowledge sharing and consistent delivery across the practice.
• Foster a positive culture focused on curiosity, ownership, collaboration, and client outcomes.
• Oversee intake, prioritization, scoping, scheduling, delivery, and closure of engagements.
• Escalate material risks and manage recovery planning with leadership.
• Continuously improve intake, assessment tools, and reporting templates.
