About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Sage X3 Implementation Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation, customization, and support of Sage X3 ERP for their clients. This role requires deep knowledge of Sage X3, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver tailored ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Sage X3 implementation projects, including planning, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within Sage X3.
• Configure and customize Sage X3 modules (Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, etc.) based on client needs.
• Provide technical and functional support during and after implementation.
• Train end-users on system functionality and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and operations to ensure successful ERP deployment.
• Develop documentation, including process workflows, user guides, and system configurations.
• Stay updated on the latest Sage X3 features, updates, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing and supporting Sage X3 ERP.
• Experience with data migration, system integrations (APIs, EDI), and customization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
