Job summary
CLA is a top 10 national professional services firm seeking a Business Software Services professional in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on strategic thinking, client-facing problem solving, and overseeing the development and implementation of business software solutions, including Sage Intacct.
You will manage multiple projects, mentor team members, and collaborate with offices to advance new initiatives and improve service delivery. A bachelor's degree and relevant certifications are preferred.
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience developing and implementing business software technology solutions.
- 3 years of supervisory or project management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- PMI, Agile, and/or Scrum certification(s) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Acts as a strategic thinker and problem solver for the business software team to clearly articulate complex topics.
- Coordinates and/or resolves business software problems directly with clients or as an expert resource for the business software team.
- Oversees technical aspects of development and implementation of business software solutions for clients.
- Monitors action plans for multiple projects and delegates assignments based on team strengths and passions.
