Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a senior leader to guide the Business Software Services team in delivering strategic software solutions for clients. The role focuses on coordinating projects, overseeing software development and implementation, and leveraging relationships to grow services and referrals.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in business software delivery, 3+ years in supervisory roles, a related degree, and PMI/Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

4 years of experience developing and implementing business software technology solutions
3 years of supervisory or project management experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field required (education/experience may count as degree equivalent)
PMI/Agile/Scrum certification preferred

Responsibilities

Act as strategic thinker and problem solver for the business software team
Coordinate/resolve business software problems directly with clients or as an expert resource
Oversee development and implementation of business software solutions for clients
Monitor action plans, delegate tasks based on strengths, and build client relationships
