Job summary

CLA, a top 10 national professional services firm, is seeking a Technical Project Manager - Sage Intacct to join our Digital Team in Charlotte, NC. You will lead the software implementation team, drive deployment strategies, manage multiple projects, and build client relationships to exceed expectations.

Ideal candidates have 4 years of software solutions experience, at least 3 years in supervisory/PM roles, a relevant degree, and PMI/Agile/Scrum certifications.

Qualifications

4 years of experience developing and implementing business software technology solutions.
3 years of supervisory or project management experience.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
PMI, Agile, and/or Scrum certification(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead the software implementation team, providing direction and support.
Develop and implement strategies for efficient and effective software deployment.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple implementation projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Continuously improve implementation processes and methodologies.
