Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience developing and implementing business software technology solutions is required.
• 3 years of supervisory or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field required (combination of education, experience, and training may be considered a degree equivalent).
• Project Management Institute, Agile, and/or Scrum certification(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a strategic thinker and problem solver for the business software team to clearly articulate complex topics; oversees technical aspects of development and implementation of business software solutions.
• Monitors action plans for multiple projects and delegates based on team strengths; aligns with the Business Software Services Manager for quality assurance and relationship building.
• Works with local offices to ensure understanding of new initiatives and develops programs to enhance consulting capabilities and grow services.
