Job summary

CLA is seeking a Technical Project Manager - Sage Intacct to join our CLA Digital Team. This role leads staff, develops business plans and budgets, and oversees the delivery of Sage Intacct implementations for firm clients.

You will manage an implementation team, set deployment strategies, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope, while building strong client relationships and mitigating risks.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience developing and implementing business software technology solutions is required. + years preferred.
• 3 years of supervisory or project management experience.
• Project Management Institute, Agile, and/or Scrum certification(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the software implementation team, providing direction and support.
• Develop and implement strategies for efficient and effective software deployment.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple implementation projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Continuously improve implementation processes and methodologies.
