Job summary

CLA is seeking a Technical Project Manager - Sage Intacct to lead software implementations within the CLA Digital Team. You will manage staff, budgets, and project strategies to deliver successful outcomes for clients.

Requirements include 4+ years in software technology solutions, 3+ years in supervisory or project management, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and PMI/Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.

Qualifications

> 4 years of experience developing and implementing business software technology solutions.
3 years of supervisory or project management experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
PMI, Agile, and/or Scrum certification(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead the software implementation team, providing direction and support.
Develop and implement strategies for efficient and effective software deployment.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple implementation projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Continuously improve implementation processes and methodologies.
