Job summary

CLA, a top 10 national professional services firm, is seeking a Technical Project Manager - Sage Intacct to join our CLA Digital Team in Atlanta. You will lead the software implementation team, guide client deliveries, and help shape strategy and budgets.

Requirements include at least 4 years of experience delivering business software solutions, 3 years in supervision or project management, a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field, and PMI, Agile, or Scrum credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience delivering business software technology solutions required.
• 3 years of supervisory or project management experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field required.
• PMI, Agile, and/or Scrum certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the software implementation team, providing direction and support.
• Develop and implement strategies for efficient and effective software deployment.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple implementation projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Continuously improve implementation processes and methodologies.
