Job summary

CLA Digital Team is seeking a Technical Project Manager - Sage Intacct to lead software implementations and manage staff, budgets, and engagement strategies within CLA Digital. This role focuses on delivering Sage Intacct projects for clients while aligning with the firm’s digital vision and service standards.

You will oversee planning and execution of multiple implementations, build client relationships, and drive process improvements to ensure successful outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience developing and implementing business software solutions.
• 3 years of supervisory or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• PMI, Agile, and/or Scrum certification(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the software implementation team, providing direction and support.
• Develop and implement strategies for efficient and effective software deployment.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple implementation projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Continuously improve implementation processes and methodologies.
