Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with focus on accounting, MIS or CS.
• Proven experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial apps, or SaaS solutions.
• Strong communication with customers and technical teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excel proficiency for data mapping and migration.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customers to design and support software solutions with high customer satisfaction.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders, define solutions, coordinate with development, train, and transition to services.
• Stay current with Sage Intacct core and advanced modules and new features.
• Define rollout plans for Sage Intacct based solutions aligned to client processes and best practices.
• Develop project plans and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Train customer end-users and map business requirements to system functionality.
• Document requirements into software solutions and business processes.
