Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to bridge business needs and software solutions. You will work with developers, project managers and customers to define requirements, translate them into software design, and ensure successful adoption with high customer satisfaction.

You will gather client needs, document requirements, and stay current on Sage Intacct features while leading rollouts and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• Five (5)+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions.
• Consulting or business analyst experience communicating with customers or end users and technical development staff.
• Ability to deploy advanced business analytics skills solving complex problems and interpreting customer requirements.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and translate functional business requirements into software solutions with high customer satisfaction.
• Gather requirements in collaboration with client stakeholders and design solutions for the development team.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Sage Intacct and stay current with product features.
• Define and support rollouts that integrate with Sage Intacct based on customer processes and best practices.
• Develop and communicate project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Conduct training for customer end-users and relate system functionality to business requirements.
• Document customer requirements into software solutions and business processes using BT best practices.
• Respond to customer technical support issues during system implementation.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success to coordinate projects.
• Deliver concise communications and leadership to align with customer goals.
• Contribute to knowledge repositories and enhance deployment tools and repeatability.
• Serve as an escalation point for project issues.
• Learn and grow through coaching and firm-wide development programs.
• Network internally and with clients to build relationships and opportunities.
• Support team development through Baker Tilly's Care and Teach philosophy.
