Job summary

Transdev is seeking a senior safety leader to manage safety performance across operations within the Transdev Autonomous Services division. You will oversee KPIs, SLAs, and safety strategies, interfacing with client counterparts to ensure EHS and regulatory compliance.

The role requires leading transformation initiatives, mentoring teams, and driving lean improvements to reduce workplace incidents, with up to 50% travel and a focus on safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Safety Science, Safety Risk Management, Ergonomics, Logistics, Transportation or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant Safety Management and leadership experience.
• Experience in tech, start-up or AV industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regional management of Safety organization in assigned locations.
• Lead in developing a culture of safety, inclusion, and engagement.
• Curate and present daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports to client leaders.
• Lead programs impacting EHS and OSHA regulatory compliance.
• Develop and deploy process improvement techniques to reduce incidents.
