Job summary

Transdev is seeking a senior Safety Manager to lead the Safety organization across multiple regional locations in the United States. You will manage, improve, and transform safety performance, interface with client counterparts, and ensure compliance with EHS and OSHA standards.

You will direct leadership, develop KPIs and dashboards, and drive lean initiatives to reduce workplace incidents, while mentoring teams and collaborating with HR and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Safety related field preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant Safety Management and leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Regional Management of Safety organization in assigned locations.
• Lead and develop a culture valuing safety, inclusion, and ongoing employee interaction.
• Curate and present daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports to client leaders and Transdev executives.
• Lead programs impacting EHS and regulatory compliance (OSHA).
• Develop and deploy process improvement techniques to reduce incidents.
