Transdev is seeking a Safety Manager to lead the regional Safety organization, partnering with Operations, Safety and client executives to drive safety performance and regulatory compliance across locations. You will develop and present KPI reports, deploy process improvements, and mentor teams to adopt Lean safety practices.

The role requires 5+ years in safety leadership, a Bachelor's in a safety-related field, and experience in tech/AV environments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Safety-related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of safety management and leadership experience.
• Experience in tech, start-up, and/or AV industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional Safety organization and manage safety performance.
• Develop and present daily/weekly/monthly safety reports to client leaders.
• Drive EHS programs and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Develop process improvements and Lean metrics for safety.
• Mentor teams and foster data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with HR to reduce workplace incidents.
