Transdev is seeking a Senior Safety Manager to oversee regional safety operations in the United States, focusing on OSHA compliance, EHS risk management, and performance improvement. You will mentor teams, drive safety KPIs, and coordinate with client counterparts to strengthen safety outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in safety leadership, a relevant degree, and hands-on experience in transportation or logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Science, Safety Risk Management, Ergonomics, Logistics, Transportation, or related field.
• 5+ years of safety management and leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Safety, EHS, Risk Management and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional Safety organization across geographic locations.
• Lead culture of safety, inclusion, and employee engagement.
• Curate and present daily/weekly/monthly safety performance reports.
