Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Safety, Education, or related field.
• Minimum three years’ experience in safety training and LMS administration.
• Proven expertise in adult education methodologies, facilitation, and instructional design.
• Experience creating SCORM packages and LMS content.
• Knowledge of Cal/OSHA, EPA, and DOT training requirements.
• Proficiency with standard LMS platforms and content development tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-through abilities.
• Willingness to travel between California locations (25–40%).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate safety and environmental instructor-led training sessions across California facilities.
• Support LMS administration with assignment, progress tracking, and record retention.
• Design and update computer-based training modules, including SCORM packages.
• Apply adult learning principles to maximize knowledge retention.
• Collaborate with EHS, Operations, and People teams to maintain training calendars and matrices.
• Administer onboarding safety and compliance training for new hires.
• Track, analyze, and report training metrics to leadership.
• Maintain documentation for regulatory inspections and audits.
• Assess training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
