Job summary

Responsibilities include route planning, driver coordination, and maintaining records while ensuring compliance with company policies. A high school diploma is required with 3–5 years in customer service; CDL potential is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a customer service environment is required.
• Proficient use of computers; MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to acquire CDL and act as cover driver if needed.

Responsibilities

• Take field trip or Charter orders via email or phone.
• Provide accurate pricing information to customers.
• Enter trips into the company’s database and record details.
• Determine routes, assign driver coverage, and relay trip details.
