Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college credits preferred.
• 5+ years in a supervisory role within ground transportation is ideal.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and transportation software.
• Bi-lingual abilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide CSC operational leadership directing transportation services and driver training.
• Lead staff, coach reports, and manage compliance with policies.
• Monitor training, performance expectations, and budget adherence.
• Oversee vehicle routing optimization and service quality.
• Prepare reports and maintain timely documentation.
