Summit School Services LLC seeks an experienced Trainer to design and implement initial and recurrent training for transportation personnel, and to supervise driver trainers with clear objectives and schedules.

You will recruit and train candidates to become School Bus Drivers, conduct classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction, provide ongoing evaluations, and participate in safety programs and incident investigations, ensuring compliance with company policy.

Qualificações

• Design and implement initial and recurrent training programs for transportation personnel.
• Supervise driver trainers with objectives, standards, and schedules.
• Proactively recruit individuals and train them to become School Bus Drivers.
• Provide classroom and behind-the-wheel training to ensure successful completion of training and testing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ongoing training and performance evaluations for all Driver employees.
• Administer drug/alcohol testing programs per policy.
• Develop and conduct Driver Safety Meetings.
• Investigate incidents and respond to safety concerns and customer service issues.
• Maintain Safe Driver Award program and uphold company ethics and integrity.
• Other duties as assigned.
