Job summary

Concrete Strategies Inc. (CSI) seeks a Training Coordinator to lead hands-on safety training, onboarding, and EHS recordkeeping for a growing workforce.

You will coordinate NEO, drug testing programs, and compliance reporting, working with Safety, Payroll, Operations, and project teams to ensure timely, accurate training and documentation across platforms. The role also includes serving as a First Aid/CPR/AED trainer and maintaining training records with precision.

Qualifications

• Requires hands-on safety training, onboarding, and EHS administration experience.
• Ability to facilitate training and communicate effectively with employees at different levels.
• Experience maintaining detailed employee, training, certification, or compliance records.

Responsibilities

• Lead Safety New Employee Orientation (NEO) and provide required safety information.
• Coordinate new hire paperwork with Payroll and other departments.
• Manage orientation surveys, results, and related reporting.
