Job summary

Experitec Inc. is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support our growing safety function, ensuring training, compliance, and documentation run smoothly. You will own contractor compliance platforms, OSHA records, and safety training coordination, while partnering with the Field Safety Manager.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in safety coordination, regulatory, quality, or administrative operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Ability to maintain accurate, audit‑ready records and manage version‑controlled documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with employees, vendors, leadership.
• Strong ability to manage multiple systems, deadlines, and recurring processes.
• Professional handling of sensitive employee, medical, and compliance information.
• Cross‑team collaboration with field operations, HR, IT, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Administer contractor compliance platforms to keep qualifications and documentation current.
• Maintain OSHA recordkeeping and track safety metrics used in customer prequalification.
• Coordinate and track all safety training company‑wide and monitor completion.
• Coordinate drug testing and background screening programs.
• Maintain safety policies, the SDS library, and emergency preparedness documentation.
• Monitor fleet safety data and prepare regular leadership reports.
• Administer Safety Committee and support office/site walkthrough tracking.
• Maintain incident and accident logs and track corrective actions to closure.
• Compile and communicate safety metrics and compliance updates to leadership.
