Job summary

CSG/Ceco Concrete Construction is seeking an EHS Coordinator to support environmental, health, and safety programs across our construction operations. The role focuses on organizing documentation, coordinating compliance activities, and ensuring employees follow safety requirements.

You will manage safety data, maintain training records, and help prepare reports. This position is based in the United States, Missouri, Kansas City, with responsibilities across multiple sites and a collaborative

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of administrative, clerical, or coordination experience.
• Strong data entry and recordkeeping skills.
• Experience maintaining electronic and paper files.
• Advanced command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and various business software.
• Ability to track training, certifications, inspections, incidents, and compliance documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain construction safety and training data records; enter data into Safety Culture systems.
• Create and maintain file organization for database information.
• Report and maintain OSHA logs and state reporting using GenSuite.
• Distribute training materials and resources for field personnel.
• Enter data, generate reports, and assign online courses via LMS and Training Tracker.
• Coordinate safety and training requirements between locations.
• Support Safety Team with metric reports, incident notifications, and travel/expense support.
• Create monthly Safety Scorecards for all locations.
