Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction is seeking an EHS Coordinator to support environmental, health, and safety programs. You will keep documentation organized, coordinate compliance activities, and help ensure employees follow safety requirements.

Reporting to the Director of Safety, you will manage safety and training data, enter information into GenSuite and LMS systems, prepare reports, and distribute materials across locations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of administrative, clerical, or coordination experience.
• Strong data entry and recordkeeping skills.
• Experience maintaining electronic and paper files.
• Advanced command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and utilizing a variety of business software systems.
• Ability to track training, certifications, inspections, incidents, and compliance documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to follow established procedures and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of all construction group safety and training data, providing general administrative support to all members of the Safety department.
• Creates and maintains system for organization and retention of files that support data base information including the storage and retention of app data.
• Initiates the timely reporting and maintenance of information related to employee accidents including OSHA logs and state reporting utilizing GenSuite software systems.
• Maintains updates and distributes materials and resources used for training field personnel.
• Enters data, creates reports, and assigns online courses using the company Learning Management System and Training Tracker application.
• Acts as liaison between locations to facilitate and implement safety and training requirements.
• Assists Safety Team with periodic metric reports, incident notification reports, intercompany notifications, presentations, travel arrangement assistance and expense report assistance, as needed.
• Creates and distributes monthly Safety Scorecards for all locations.
