Job summary

Upchurch is seeking a Safety Administrator to support administration, coordination, and continuous improvement of safety programs across the organization. The role focuses on HSI Safety Management, LMS, and Contractor Safety Pre-Qualification platforms, with reporting and training responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, collaborative, and dedicated to fostering a proactive safety culture, working with Safety Managers, Operations, HR, and field leadership to ensure

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative, training coordination, safety support, or related experience.
• Experience with LMS, safety management and/or contractor safety pre-qualification systems.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the HSI Safety Management and Learning Management System.
• Manage Contractor Safety Pre-Qualification platforms and system users.
• Coordinate safety training activities with local Safety Coordinators and Safety Training Manager.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Support incident reporting and regulatory documentation processes.
• Generate safety metrics, dashboards, and compliance reports.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, HR and field leadership.
