The position is part-time, non-exempt, with weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ensuring safety of the interim housing site through observation and de-escalation.
• Coordinate with on-site case management to support participants.
• Coordinate with security agencies to ensure site safety.
• Conduct regular site rounds and report discrepancies.
• Respond to safety or crisis situations using non-violent methods.
• Prepare and complete required reports and attend trainings and meetings.
• Engage in staff meetings and apply training to daily tasks.
