Qualifications

• One year of experience with vulnerable populations or security/de-escalation preferred.
• All levels of experience and education welcome.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of the interim housing site using observation and de-escalation.
• Coordinate with the on-site case management team to provide support.
• Coordinate with contracted security agencies to ensure site safety.
• Conduct regular site rounds and report discrepancies.
• Draft written documentation regarding safety and security.
• Respond to safety/crisis situations using non-violent intervention.
• Assist with forms, procedures, and manuals for the site.
• Attend meetings and provide input on safety and operations.
