Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of Interim Housing site through observation and de-escalation.
• Coordinate with case management to support site operations.
• Work with contracted security to maintain site safety and respond to incidents.
• Conduct regular site rounds and report discrepancies.
• Draft written documentation on safety and security protocols.
• Respond to crises using non-violent intervention techniques.
• Develop forms and procedures for safety operations.
• Complete reports as requested and provide input during meetings.
