Job summary

Jobot is recruiting a Safety Specialist for a top General Contractor with a 100-year Wisconsin presence. You will lead safety programs on construction sites, conduct incident investigations, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations while promoting a culture of safe work practices.

With 2+ years in construction safety, a related degree, and CSP preferred, you will train teams, inspect sites, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance across projects in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of construction safety experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or related field.
• CSP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven experience in site safety management, incident investigation, and quality management.
• Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Proficient in using safety inspection tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence others.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
