Job summary

Jobot in Wisconsin is seeking a Construction Safety Manager to lead the safety program across multiple active municipal, educational, and commercial projects. You will partner with field teams, subcontractors, and leadership to promote a proactive safety culture and minimize risk on every site.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction safety, strong OSHA knowledge, and relevant certifications. You will conduct audits, lead investigations, provide training, and ensure OSHA compliance

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of construction safety experience with a general contractor, construction manager, or design-build firm.
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations, construction safety standards, and risk management practices.
  • Experience conducting jobsite audits, investigations, and safety training.
  • OSHA 30 required; CHST, CSP, ASP, or similar certifications preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence both field and office personnel.
  • Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to regional project sites as needed.

Job Details

The Construction Safety Manager will lead the organization's safety program and ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and company safety requirements. This individual will partner with project teams, field leadership, subcontractors, and executive management to promote a proactive safety culture and reduce risk across all job sites.

Key Responsibilities
