Qualifications

• 5–10 years of commercial construction safety experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices.
• Experience managing high-risk construction activities (fall protection, LOTO, confined space, electrical safety).
• Experience with subcontractors and regulatory compliance.
• Pharmaceutical/manufacturing campus construction experience desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify corrective actions.
• Enforce company, client, and OSHA safety requirements.
• Monitor compliance with fall protection, LOTO, confined space, fire protection, electrical safety, and other high-risk activities.
• Lead hazard assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Review JHAs, JSAs, and contractor safety plans.
• Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
• Deliver safety training and toolbox talks.
• Maintain required environmental health and safety documentation and reporting.
• Partner with project management teams, subcontractors, and client safety representatives to promote a positive safety culture.
• Participate in emergency response planning and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Track safety metrics and recommend continuous process improvements.

Qualifications
