Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a Safety Specialist to lead safety and risk management initiatives, analyze data, and identify injury prevention opportunities. You will coordinate safety committee meetings with management to discuss risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

The role includes facilitating safety training during new hire orientation and coordinating with local management on injury investigations and modified duties as directed by IDM teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of related experience or HS/GED with 6–8+ years of specific experience.

Responsibilities

• Implements and delivers safety and risk management initiatives and analyzes risk data.
• Coordinates safety committee meetings with management and discusses risk assessments to mitigate identified risks.
• Facilitates safety training during new hire orientation for management and identifies training opportunities.
• Coordinates with local management to investigate workplace injuries and coordinate modified duties as directed by IDM team.
• Participates in workers’ compensation and auto liability claim reviews in weekly management meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
