Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Minnesota is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead employee health, safety and environmental programs across manufacturing and distribution facilities.

You will partner with facility management to provide EHS subject matter expertise, implement compliance programs, manage data dashboards, and drive continuous improvement while traveling up to 50% of the time. A Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience or HS Diploma with 9+ years of experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of local, state or federal environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Travel up to 50%.
• Post-offer background and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Implement programs to reduce injuries and ensure compliance with policies.
• Evaluate and certify effectiveness of EHS programs through inspections and audits.
• Provide SME guidance for EHS compliance with regulations.
• Identify improvement opportunities and share best practices.
• Manage ergonomic, wastewater, and other compliance programs.
