Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking an experienced EHS professional to lead safety and risk management initiatives onsite in Phoenix, AZ. You will implement programs, investigate incidents, and coordinate with TPAs and physicians to return workers to modified duty as needed.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of related experience or a high school diploma with 7–9+ years of experience, plus demonstrated ability to train staff and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 7 to 9+ years of specific experience.
• Experience delivering safety and risk management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Implement and deliver results of safety and risk initiatives at distributor locations.
• Review injury reports and assist supervisors with investigations and reporting.
• Coordinate workers’ comp, auto liability, and general liability with TPA and physicians.
• Support claim reviews and maintain prompt return-to-work processes.
• Collaborate with management on modified duty and HR decisions.
• Train managers and staff on safe work practices and compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
