Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Safety Professional to oversee Construction Safety, Health & Risk Management across multiple sites. You will implement site-specific safety plans and coordinate with project teams to ensure regulatory compliance and incident prevention.

You will lead the Operational Risk Management (ORM) process, develop training programs, review safety reports, and support budgets while maintaining eligibility for Top-Secret/SCI clearance as required.

Qualifications

• 0+ years' experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
• 4+ years' experience with an Associates Degree.
• 6+ years' experience with a High School diploma.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience conducting S&H training and regulatory compliance (1910, 1926, EM-385 1-1).
• Safety Management Systems knowledge and ISO/OHS standards familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with GC/owner on safety and non-compliance issues.
• Attend meetings to advise on project-specific mitigation plans and training.
• Develop and implement Site Specific Accident Prevention Programs (APP) and training plans.
• Assist with site safety budgets and permits, ensuring contract compliance.
• Lead ORM team in creating and reviewing project safety plans.
• Maintain knowledge of OSHA, DOT and regulatory requirements; prepare reports.
