Job summary

Fabick Cat is seeking a Safety Administrator to provide the data backbone of our Health and Safety program across locations in Missouri. You will maintain records, manage the SMS, coordinate training, and generate performance reports for leaders at multiple sites.

The role supports STRIDE values and our commitment to safe service by ensuring safety data and communications are timely, reliable, and auditable. Travel to Fabick CAT locations is required up to 10–15%.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a safety, HR, or administrative coordination role.
• Experience in heavy equipment, construction, or industrial environments preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA recordkeeping (29 CFR 1904) and EPA/DOT requirements a plus.
• Professional certification or progress toward one (e.g., OSHA 30-Hour General Industry) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain OSHA 300/300A/301 logs and annual 300A postings; ensure accuracy.
• Administer Safety Management System (SMS) and safety software; data entry and reporting.
• Monitor SDS and chemical inventory records; ensure accessibility and updates.
• Track medical surveillance records and maintain confidentiality and retention.
• Coordinate safety training; maintain matrix and expirations.
• Assist with onboarding safety orientation materials and micro-training.
• Support incident reporting (FROI) and corrective actions tracking.
• Compile records for federal, state, and local inspections.
• Maintain contractor prequalification submissions (Avetta, ISNetworld).
• Analyze safety data to identify trends and prepare visual reports for leadership.
