Job summary

International Auto Processing LLC is seeking a Safety Manager to develop and implement comprehensive safety programs across our operations in Georgia. The role involves conducting regular audits, investigating incidents, and delivering training to all staff levels to ensure OSHA compliance.

You will maintain training records, evaluate program effectiveness, and coordinate emergency drills while staying current with regulatory changes and enforcing safety policies across office and field

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to design and deliver safety training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs and policies.
• Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify hazards.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and preventive measures.
• Design and deliver safety training for employees at all levels.
• Maintain training records and ensure required safety training.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and improve as needed.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other safety regulations.
• Keep up to date with changes in safety regulations and standards.
• Prepare and submit safety reports and documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigate risks.
• Implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Coordinate with management to enforce safety policies.
• Communicate safety policies to all employees.
• Prepare and present safety reports to management.
• Serve as a contact for safety inquiries.
