Job summary

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with experience in production or manufacturing, strong safety focus, and proficiency in maintaining production records and reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Ability to obtain TWIC within required timeframe.
• Clean driving record: no more than two moving violations in 3 years; no DUI or reckless driving.
• Experience in production, manufacturing, or related operational environment.
• Working knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain production records.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a production schedule.
• Determine material resources required.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for production.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety procedures.
• Implement quality control and tracking programs.
• Analyze production and quality data to detect and correct problems.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Prepare and maintain production reports.
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
