Precision Group is seeking a Safety Training & Program Support Specialist to coordinate employee safety training, maintain compliance records, and support the Safety Department with administrative tasks.

The role ensures employees complete required training and certifications per OSHA regulations and industry standards, while maintaining organized electronic safety records and timely reports for management.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; related associate degree preferred.
• Experience in safety administration, training coordination, HR, or compliance is preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and track new hire safety orientation and ongoing employee training.
• Maintain accurate safety training records, certifications, and acknowledgments.
• Assist with scheduling safety meetings, refresher courses, and compliance training.
• Support incident reporting, investigations, and documentation of workplace injuries, accidents, and near misses.
• Assist with safety audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
• Prepare safety reports and training completion summaries for management.
