Job summary

Team Housing Solutions seeks a Safety Manager to lead and administer the company-wide safety program across operations. You will set safety priorities, coordinate training and audits, and oversee Site Safety Representatives, driving continuous improvement and compliance.

The role reports to the Vice President of Operations and requires travel up to 50% to THS sites, with a focus on hazard analysis, incident investigations, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, environmental health, emergency management, operations, or related field preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour or higher training/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve THS safety plans, procedures, and recordkeeping.
• Supervise Site Safety Representatives and coordinate training, inspections, and audits.
• Lead incident reviews, corrective actions, and safety communications; monitor KPIs and safety performance.
