Job summary

Team Housing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Safety Manager to lead the company-wide safety program across THS operations.

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you will establish program expectations, maintain safety systems, oversee Site Safety Representatives, and guide leadership on safety compliance and continuous improvement. You will coordinate training, audits, incident reviews, and performance reporting, with travel up to 50% to assigned sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least five years of progressively responsible safety or operational experience.
• At least two years of supervisory or multi-site coordination experience.
• Knowledge of hazard recognition and OSHA practices relevant to operations.
• Ability to analyze safety data and communicate risk to leaders.
• Proficiency with MS Office and safety tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain THS safety plans and procedures.
• Set annual and site-specific safety priorities and communicate them to site leaders.
• Supervise Site Safety Representatives and coordinate staffing and development.
• Oversee risk-based inspection and audit programs and address findings.
• Coordinate training, onboarding, and safety communications.
• Lead incident reviews and manage corrective-action processes.
• Monitor safety KPIs and prepare executive reports.
• Oversee emergency preparedness and coordination with leadership.
