Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Safety Professional to oversee Construction Safety, Health, and Risk Management across projects. The role requires coordinating with general contractors and owners to implement robust safety plans and training programs.

You will lead the ORM process, conduct incident investigations, and ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, DOT). Strong MS Office and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires safety training experience and regulatory compliance knowledge (OSHA, EM-385 1-1).
• Proven ability to develop and implement site safety plans and train staff.
• Experience with accident investigation and ORM processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Construction Project Safety, Health, and Risk Management.
• Coordinate with GC/owner on site conditions and non-compliance notices.
• Lead ORM team to review and develop project safety plans and investigations.
• Develop and implement Site Specific Accident Prevention Programs and training plans.
• Manage safety budgets and permits, ensuring contract compliance.
