Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Safety Professional to oversee Construction Project Safety, Health, and Risk Management across multiple sites. You will develop and implement site-specific safety plans and collaborate with Project Management on ORM processes. Travel around 20% is required.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree and experience in S&H training, regulatory compliance, and safety management systems, with OSHA/EM-385 lineage. Strong MS Office and SharePoint skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting S&H training and regulatory compliance (1910/1926).
• Safety Management Systems knowledge and implementation experience.
• Willingness to pursue ASP/CSP/CHST qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with GC/owner on site safety and NCN/conditions.
• Advise on project-specific S&H training and risk mitigation plans.
• Develop and implement Site Specific Accident Prevention Programs (APP).
• Manage site safety budgets and ensure permit compliance.
• Lead ORM team to review and develop project safety plans; conduct investigations.
